Shipping Rates:

We ship Monday-Friday with from Saskatchewan, Canada.

Orders received will ship within 24-48hrs.

CDN$10 for *Canadian locations, CDN$15 for Shipping to US locations.

*NWT/YUKON and NUNAVUT CDN$15 Shipping rate

Yes, we ship to the US.

US Orders received will ship within 24-48 hrs. at a current $15 CDN (6-8 business days), depending on weight and quantity.

Exceptions may apply for Alaska/Hawaiin Islands shipping addresses. Please contact us at info@tubescanada.ca in advance to confirm shipping costs to Alaska/Hawaiian islands.

Please contact us for shipping costs prior to orders for custom orders and deliveries outside the USA. Shipper may be liable for duties & fees upon delivery.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in original packaging with original tags attached.

Please contact us at info@tubescanada.ca regarding returns and describe the problem or issue with the product. Requests for refund or exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt or detailed order information. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of date returned.
